My name is Tom; I’m a qualified Sports Therapist & Personal Trainer. I specialise in sports injuries and getting people back doing what they love, whether in the gym, sporting activity or just daily activities. I use a combination of soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises and mobilisations to ensure you are getting back to your best. I have a background working with Sport, mainly football having worked for Professional Football Club, Solihull Moors FC.

I’ve recently added cupping therapy to my sports therapy practice to boost muscle recovery and relieve tension. This ancient Chinese technique uses cups to create suction on the skin, increasing blood flow and promoting relaxation and muscle release. Cupping reduces pain and inflammation and accelerates recovery from intense workouts by eliminating toxins and improving circulation. Many clients have experienced significant improvements in flexibility and a marked decrease in muscle soreness, making it an invaluable addition to our treatment options.

I love going to the gym and keeping fit too. I have a dog whom I love to walk and take out to lovely places, he’s called Riley and he’s a clumberdoodle (no one ever knows what this is either, don’t worry).

With a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, complemented by clinical expertise and a dedication to movement and recovery, my professional journey began with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India. I further advanced my knowledge by completing a Master’s degree in Motion Analysis at the University of Dundee, where I deepened my understanding of the mechanisms underlying human movement and healing.

I believe that “movement is medicine”: I combine biomechanical knowledge with hands-on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to support recovery, reduce pain and restore function through a holistic approach focused on identifying and treating the root cause of injury rather than merely addressing individual symptoms, helping you return to the activities you love.

Whether it’s restoring function, relieving pain, or improving performance, each treatment plan is tailored to support long-term results and confident movement.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring nature, and continuing to grow through research and professional development. Helping people move better and live pain-free isn’t just my profession; it’s my goal.

My name is Christy and I completed my Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy at the University of East Anglia in Norwich. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP) along with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) for providing acupuncture and dry needling treatments.

I have vast experience in hands-on in various aspects of physiotherapy, such as musculoskeletal, sports rehabilitation, respiratory, geriatric rehabilitation and women’s health physiotherapy. I enjoy treating all domains of physiotherapy, with my main interest being sports injury rehabilitation and injury prevention. I am qualified in Physiotherapy, but also use Chinese healing methods such as Acupuncture and Cupping.

I firmly believe in treating clients as a whole and tackling the root cause of the problem when helping clients recover from an injury. Educating and empowering clients about their injuries can also reduce re-injury risk.

I enjoy playing volleyball and spending time with my family, friends and pets. I have a natural enthusiasm and optimism for the work that I do and seeing my clients’ recovery and resuming their full enjoyment of life fills me with so much joy.
